This role performs detailed analysis and processing of information supplied by customers and the appropriate application of rules, regulations, procedures, and Board policies related to event applications and judges’ panels. The Event Show Plans Ops Rep must work with other AKC teams and multiple levels of management within the AKC to provide customer satisfaction and issue resolution. May be required to perform other departmental duties as assigned. Information may be received digitally or by postal mail. • Serves as the primary AKC point of contact for a club’s event processing prior to an event.
