Event Operations Representative

A company is looking for an Events Operations Representative-Performance.
Key Responsibilities

Process event applications and results for various performance event types while maintaining organization and accuracy
Assist clubs and customers with inquiries regarding event results, awards, and titles, while providing support for the online event management system
Analyze incoming data, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage documentation related to event results and financial transactions

Required Qualifications

Experience with data entry and management systems
Ability to work in a high-stress environment with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Experience in customer service and resolving inquiries diplomatically
