Event Operations Specialist The Event Operations Specialist is responsible for assisting with the planning, implementation, and logistical coordination of all in-house banquets. This role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in event planning and execution, and will be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • *Key Responsibilities:** • Assist with the planning and execution of events from setup to breakdown • Coordinate with the kitchen to pace food and fulfill guest needs • Ensure that reserved spaces are marked appropriately and rental add-ons are set up • Manage and resolve relevant guest issues and inquiries during events • *Requirements:** • Minimum 1 year experience in FOH roles in a restaurant • Minimum 1 year experience with relevant event planning/execution • Familiarity with reservation platforms • High level of verbal and written communication skills, is personable and presentable • Demonstrated excellent organizational and time management skills - must be able to meet multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment
