About the Role: This Event Staff position is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of various events held at the Ice Sheet. As a key member of our event operations team, you will be responsible for assisting with event setup, cleanup, and monitoring. Key Responsibilities: • Assist event managers with setup and cleanup of events • Monitor events to ensure smooth execution and address any issues that may arise • Provide excellent customer service to attendees • Support concession stands, ticket sales, cashiering, and skate rental operations • Perform janitorial duties as required Requirements: • Previous experience in event staff, concessions, or related fields is highly desirable • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to lift heavy boxes and perform physical tasks as required • Proficient in handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
