We're looking for someone based in the Bay Area to help run our IRL AI events (workshops, hackathons, demo days etc).
Who we are We run 3-5 IRL AI events per month with companies like Anthropic, AWS, Google DeepMind, OpenAI, Vercel in SF, NYC, London and more. 50K+ builders in our community — events range from 150-300 engineers/founders building all day. It's fast, it's fun, and things need to run smoothly.
The role We're looking for someone based in the Bay Area to be the point person in the room at our hackathons, workshops, and demo days. Show up early, make sure everything's set up, keep things on track, handle whatever comes up, and make sure everyone has a great time.
What we're looking for
→ Based in SF Bay Area
→ Available 2-3 Saturdays/month
→ Organized, sociable, good under pressure
→ Some experience running or helping with events (hackathons, meetups, anything IRL)
→ Comfortable talking to engineers, founders, and partner companies
