Job Title: Remote Event Organizer Hourly Pay: $22 - $38/hour Summary: In this role, you will coordinate with vendors, manage event timelines, and ensure that every event runs smoothly. Job Responsibilities • Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment • Work with clients to define event objectives and ensure their expectations are met • Manage budgets and track event expenses to stay within financial constraints • Develop and maintain event timelines to ensure smooth operations • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services • Oversee event set-up, execution, and breakdown • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and resolve them promptly • Ensure events adhere to health and safety regulations • Evaluate event success and gather feedback from clients and attendees
