The Opportunity

Shindeeg is expanding its network of event organizers, promoters, and curators throughout Tampa Bay.

We are looking to connect with creative individuals, nightlife professionals, event brands, community organizers, and producers who currently organize events—or have strong concepts they want to bring to life.

What You'll Do

Depending on the opportunity, organizers and curators may:

Develop and execute event concepts
Create and publish events
Coordinate venues and event logistics
Identify and work with DJs, photographers, decorators, bartenders, caterers, performers, and other vendors
Build event lineups and experiences
Develop ticketing and pricing strategies
Promote events through social media and community networks
Create content around upcoming and completed events
Manage guest experience
Coordinate event-day execution
Build recurring event concepts and communities
Collaborate with other organizers and brands

Who We're Looking For

We welcome both experienced organizers and emerging event creators.

Strong candidates may have experience in:

Event promotion

Event planning
Hospitality

Venue operations

Formal event-planning experience is not required.

We are especially interested in people who understand how to build experiences people actually want to attend.
