They lead and manage all event activities related to the event inventory, closed sales, and event performances that enables the successful achievement and execution of catering sales. • Excellent oral communication skills with the ability to communicate and interact with catering sales team, senior management, and catering clients. • Event Banquet Lead for a minimum of 2 events per month but not limited to only 2 events. • Must be able to stand for 6-8hrs at a time. • Must be willing to work with a varying/flexible schedule.
