Essential duties of the role include, but not limited to: • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of all aspects of trade shows, including space selection, booth design, trade show advertising and new product showcase, company sponsorship opportunities, speakers (if needed), show meeting calendar, booth schedule, attire, products, signage, artwork, and other activities as needed. • Coordinate and ship all event materials to event venue according to venue guidelines, including product, booth supplies, presentations, artwork, signage, printed material and more as applicable. • Work with Sales & Marketing to establish KPIs and ensure the event tactics are in support of meeting those KPIs. • Proven ability to communicate effectively with sales, marketing, executive management, and vendors. • Ability to travel up to 30% • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
