Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a clear event plan for a Leadership Gathering, scheduled for late September • Collaborate with advancement teams and key stakeholders to bring together advisory boards, foundation board members, alumni, and donors. • Coordinate and manage an in-person event, and run of show • Ensure seamless integration of this new initiative within the other concurrent events • Oversee event logistics, manage vendor relationships, coordinate catering, reserve venues, and finalize audio/visual needs. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with corporate professionals, leadership, and alumni donors alike.
