Event Planner

• Plans and executes large-scale events and projects for key stakeholders including the Board of Directors, executive leaders, team members, and donors with the goal of enhancing constituents’ experience and the hospital’s reputation • Leads internal and external stakeholders through project planning process including defining goals and scope, assigning tasks, developing timelines, managing budget, and allocating resources. • Communicates with stakeholders regularly conducting project meetings, developing and implementing communication plans, documenting project status and feedback, and providing solutions to problems that may arise • Analyzes historical feedback to propose creative ideas to improve provided services, event quality, and planning processes.
