To be successful in this role, the candidate must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in event planning, hospitality, public relations, marketing, or a related field• 3+ years of experience in event planning and management• Proven track record of successful event planning and execution• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software
