Event Planner

The Event Planner - Marketing & Client Experience, will report to the Vice President, Marketing and working closely with the Head of Business Development. This role manages all aspects of event execution — from concept development and venue selection to guest list coordination, logistics, and post-event reporting. Discretion and confidentiality are essential given the nature of the firm’s client base and the sensitivity of guest and event information. Creative Collaboration & Marketing Integration: Partner with the Vice President, Marketing and Brand Designer to develop invitations, signage, and event collateral. • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) for guest management and reporting.
