Engagement Specialist The Engagement Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing engaging activities and programs that enhance the overall experience of residents. This includes: • Designing and delivering activity sessions that promote socialization, exercise, and cognitive stimulation; • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to identify resident needs and preferences; • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of programs and making recommendations for improvement; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in activity coordination and engagement. • Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as recreation, hospitality, or gerontology; • Experience working with seniors and adults with varying needs and abilities; • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Flexibility to work varied shifts and hours.
