POSITION SUMMARY: The Event Planner coordinates the planning, development, and execution of events across OSF HealthCare. Other Requirements/information • Some night and weekend work • Ability to travel • Excellent writing, proof reading, and speaking skills • Demonstrated ability to problem solve in a changing, fast-paced environment with numerous deadlines Excellent organizational and planning skills • Demonstrated ability to influence and coordinate the efforts of other team members in support of events
