Event Planner

Overview: NPA is preparing for two major events in 2027—a national professional conference and a fundraising gala —and are seeking an experienced event planner to lead all aspects of event strategy and execution. The Part-Time Event Planner will work remotely , leading the planning, coordination, and execution of the Neuroplasticity Alliance's 2027 "Build a Better Brain" Fundraising Gala and 2027 National Conference in Louisville, KY. The role requires local residency for vendor meetings, site visits, and onsite event management. This is a part-time position (15–20 hours per week) with a multi-year timeline, ideal for an organized, proactive planner who wants flexible hours and excels at long-range project execution.
