Event Planner

From hospitality booking to concierge we are all in one dating app and growing. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for an Event Planner located in Fairfax, VA. This includes coordinating logistics, establishing budgets, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timelines are met. Qualifications • Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and team members • Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management, including coordinating logistics and schedules • Budgeting skills to plan, track, and manage event-related financials effectively • Experience in Sales and relationship management to establish partnerships and secure venues or sponsorships • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Flexibility to work on-site in Fairfax, VA, and willingness to work irregular hours as needed • Familiarity with event technology tools or platforms is a plus • Previous experience in hospitality, marketing, or a related field is advantageous • % of all sales are given to the event planner.
