Job Description 12-month contract The Volunteer Event Manager will support the Community Impact group by leading the end‑to‑end execution of employee volunteer events across North America. The ideal candidate is a seasoned event manager with strong instincts, a proactive mindset, and the ability to independently manage logistics in fast‑moving environments. Required Skills & Experience • Minimum 4 years of experience in event coordination, program operations, or a similar role • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent events and campaigns • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with event management platforms and data tracking systems • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities • Experience coordinating logistics including venue management and stakeholder communications
