We have preferred status with many event venues, exceptional relationships with quality vendors and extensive experience with large corporate and social events in the city as well as intimate dinners at private homes. Our reputation is built on comprehensive event planning and design, impeccable cuisine and attentive service.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and plan high-end events, from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations.

· Listen attentively to clients’ visions, preferences, and requirements; translating them into detailed event proposals.

· Source and manage vendors, ensuring the highest quality in all aspects of the event, from décor to entertainment.

· Develop and manage event budgets, keeping clients informed and satisfied throughout the planning process.

· Coordinate logistics, including timelines, transportation, and on-site setup, to guarantee seamless execution.

· Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and addressing clients’ needs promptly and effectively.

· Stay updated on industry trends, remaining innovative and adaptable in a dynamic event landscape.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an event planner in a catering environment is preferred.
Exemplary organizational and multitasking skills, capable of handling intricate events simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and plans.
Strong negotiation and problem solving abilities, ensuring successful collaboration with clients and vendors.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
