Role Description This is a full-time Event Planner role in a hybrid work arrangement, based in Philadelphia, PA, with some work-from-home flexibility. Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills woth 3-5 years of minimum experience, including organizing timelines, coordinating vendors, and overseeing event execution.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional client interaction.Candidates should possess Budgeting skills, with the ability to track expenses, and align plans with clients goals.Relevant qualifications include strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills.Experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial; familiarity with event management software or CRM tools is a plus.Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed and to perform on-site duties in Philadelphia, PA.
