E-Logic is hiring an Event Planner to coordinate the logistical execution, venue coordination, badging, and onsite operations for large-scale DARPA technology demonstration events for Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic and DARPA Science & Technology (S&T) programs initiatives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate event site selection, space leasing, vendor scheduling, and venue layout planning. Manage registration sites, security badging plans, staff uniforms, catering, and VIP host logistics. Selected candidates will be included in the proposal and must authorize the use of their resume for submission.
