This position reports to the Assistant Director Meetings, Events & Travel Services. While on-site, serves as a key event coordinator with production company vendors and IT teams. Conducts production briefings for both local and traveling production as assigned. At least five years’ experience in meeting and events planning and hybrid production is required.
