Manage Access Requests, Questions about sessions, Follow up on sessions

Host Webinars (Live Events for Customers - Products, In Depth Training, Help Market the event, Prep the speakers - they use Adobe Connect right now and then the execution for that webinar)

Up to 200 customers on a call

Webinars between 2 - 6 per week (Tue, Wed, Thurs)

Audience (Any and all based on institutions)

Backend Process (Get the results, feedback from the product, Surveys and then send to the customers)
