The event planner works closely with the Manager, Community Affairs in the operation of the Arts at the Airport Live Music Program, including assistance with the development, planning, and managing of programs and activities related to live music performances and various special events/programs to help promote community involvement at the airport. Tracks event key performance areas and identifies items to work on for future events. Supervises the set-up, running and breakdown of the event, also identifies and resolves problems. Communication: Skill in communicating effectively at all levels of the organization and with stakeholders, both orally and in writing. Ability to occasionally work outside of regular business hours and overtime as needed.
