The Marketing Events Planner plans and executes major domestic and global customer-facing events including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and sales meetings. Responsibilities: • Lead planner for all external trade shows and customer meetings across business units • Maintain list and evaluate industry trade shows • Coordinate trade show logistics • Organize supplemental trade show activities • Establish and maintain calendar for customer and marketing events • Collaborate with MarComm managers to successfully plan and execute monthly and quarterly webinars, in support of business initiatives. • Responsible for scheduling webinars with internal and external media partners, as well as coordinating content and speakers for the event. • CRM, registration software and lead retrieval software experience, a plus. • Experience with B2B business model, a plus.
