Event Lead Activities: • Main point of contact for the Business Owner: • Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with event business owners throughout the firm • Attend meetings with the business owners to gather meeting requirements, provide templates and updates, and provide travel and event expertise to the business owner. When planning for an event the planner will be responsible for understanding the broader scope of their decisions using strategy and problem solving skills to accomplish department and business area goals. They must effectively communicate new requirements to the department and make decisions that will ensure work flow is not a burden on the team.
