Duties may include ensuring that all programs run within scope, time, and budget constraints. The role will support the customer in planning and coordinating events to ensure that customer obtains the needed event materials, equipment, and anything else that is needed ensure high customer satisfaction of event outcomes. Primary Responsibilities • Provide proactive scheduling and presentation to customer of events planned • Coordinate with customer and various vendors to ensure event setup, delivery, and post event activities • Provide regular project reports, demonstrating event (project) schedule, status, risks, risk mitigations, and escalations for customer engagement, coordination, or conflict resolution • Provide regular reports and surveys, demonstrating litigation and deposition completion and user satisfaction • Communicates and documents accomplished checklists and event readiness reports just prior to planned events • Works independently with customer to obtain information on desired event outcomes and leads to planning and delivery of all events activity that encompasses small and large-scale events. • Works to influence team members regarding event planning regarding costs, resources, and timing given availability of existing resources.
