We are looking for a candidate to join our team as an event planner to assist with the events we host and participate in for our FIDS and Exchange business. This role will have a strong focus on hosted event creation and event management to deliver the most successful experience for all audiences and those involved, internally and externally. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan, manage and execute hosted events, sponsored events and webinars across the company. Knowledge And Experience • Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of experience in corporate events management • Positive attitude and strong people person • Experience in webinar management • Exceptional analytic, project management and organizational skills; the ability to juggle multiple demands, manage shifting priorities, and meet deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and approach based on specific audiences • Demonstrated success with developing positive relationships with clients, other third parties and internal partners • Experience with content creation and agenda development preferred • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and as part of a cross-disciplinary team • Demonstrated problem solving ability and negotiation skills • Experience using ON24, Zoom, Eloqua, Salesforce, Monday.com and other marketing tools a plus The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation.
