We are seeking a highly motivated Event Planner who will go the extra mile to provide our clients with an efficient and welcoming experience. They will also take inquiries about our inventory, services, and business and confirm orders. This position is for you if you are: Organized Hardworking Computer savvy Efficient Self-regulated Accountable Quick learner Responsibilities Take phone calls or walk-in orders with clients; answer questions and receive messages for the business or about an order Work with clients to prepare and enter an order in our party rental software system Check inventory and communicate with warehouse staff to confirm inventory availability Respond to emails, messages, or feedback on a regular basis Confirm orders with clients prior to their event Manage ongoing relationships with clients Skills/ Knowledge / Abilities (SKA) Required: Excellent communication skills Strong phone contact handling skills Active listening and attention to detail Strong customer service attitude Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred Schedule:
