Event Planner

Vanguard is looking for an experienced and creative Event Planner to join our team and help us create amazing events for our clients. You should be a “big picture” thinker who can develop creative solutions to challenging problems. If you have experience with event planning and have an eye for detail, we want to hear from you!The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, or related field• At least 3 years of experience in event planning and management• Proven ability to work independently and within a team• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills• Ability to budget and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Experience with venue selection and vendor management• Knowledge of event regulations and safety standards• Bilingual preferred but not requiredIf you are passionate about event planning and have the qualifications we are looking for, we want you to join our team!
