A well-established investment firm located in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a highly qualified Event Planner to join their team. The firm is looking for a candidate who is highly organized, positive and a team player. This is an in-person position and the firm is looking to pay a salary range of $90k-$140k. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Coordinate events on behalf of the office • Source location; organize catering; invite and send out information and materials to attendees and speakers • Check in; distribution and collection of event materials; organize break-out sessions, etc • Maintain a strong pipeline of vendors, develop a strong relationship with both local and national companies Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience • A minimum of 5 years' meeting and event planning experience for private social events, corporate events, or fundraising events • A minimum of 2-3 years direct executive management experience (with C-suite or equivalent professionals) • Flexibility in hours and work schedule, including occasional weekends and holidays, and ability to travel • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Comfort with ambiguity and flexibility with changes
