This position is responsible for all the planning, management for the office. Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Community Engagement and in collaboration with the advancement team, key areas of responsibility include the following: • Work with internal stakeholders including the Head of School’s office, Division Directors’ offices, Facilities, Business Office, Parents’ Association, and On-Campus Dining Services to plan events; • Oversee event coordination for on campus and off campus events such as scheduling, budgeting, logistics, work orders, and registration process oversight; • Collaborate with team members to prepare leadership for events and meetings such as providing briefing packets (schedule, directions, attendee lists, prospective and current donor information, talking points, mini-bios, research, etc. • Manage and keep track of the budgets for each event • Other special projects and duties as assigned. • Evening and occasional weekend hours are required on an as-needed basis. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
