Event Planner

This role works with staff, faculty, students, university colleagues, partner institutions and sponsors, venues, presenters, diverse participants, and community members to coordinate all aspects of events including: planning, procurement, registration, communications, and logistical support. Work will require regular engagement with a diverse range of professionals, for events primarily based in North Carolina. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Able to provide updates and clear reports on logistical planning for events to departmental leadership and staff.
