Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Planner to oversee rental of two different Center City locations in one of Philadelphia's premier neighborhoods, in the heart of the city. This role involves researching, planning, coordinating, marketing and executing a wide range of event rentals, ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed from conception to completion. The Event Planner will work closely with clients, vendors, and team members to deliver successful events that meet client expectations. • Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and service providers. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
