The position may have a variety of daily and periodic responsibilities based on the business area, and requires a strong working knowledge of event planning or a high degree of knowledge in space and logistics with data reporting. Other responsibilities may include: • *Main point of contact for the Business Owner: • * Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with event business owners throughout the firm. • Lead planning for events: • Outline and establish project plans/timelines and communicate to the department to implement event details. • Conduct event and space planning (take requirements and transfer them into available space) • Utilize Department's Event Management software to effectively plan all meetings according to the Department's guidelines and best practices • Work with leadership and the team to set event best practices. • 2- 3 years of event planning required.
