The Event Coordinator will support the Event Services Department by working closely with members of the team to assist in the execution of events through planning, coordinating and marketing. The Event Coordinator is expected to preform work as needed to run varying sizes of events across campus. Duties range across technical, professional and supervisory functions and may include skilled and... semi-skilled tasks. • Have a strong working knowledge of productivity software, including windows and apple operating systems. • Have a basic knowledge of emergency preparedness in the context of large-scale events.
