Marigold Catering is now hiring Event Planner in Cleveland, OH 44114. Marigold is a preferred caterer at some of Cleveland's most popular venues, such as the renowned The Glidden House. Assist assigned manager (Senior Event Planner or Director of Events) with daily task which include, but not limited to: • Maintaining inquiry process (responding with collateral, tracking, following up) • Creating event folders (paper and on Public) • Creating Caterease events and adding all required client contact info • Assisting with paperwork, as directed by manager o First draft menu At Events: • Supporting the manager onsite at events • Running events as the onsite Event Manager when the manager is not present • Attending walk-throughs with the manager to gain additional knowledge for each event and in general
