Position Description The Event Planner and Communication Coordinator supports the Director of Marketing, the Chief Operating Officer and other corporate executives to organize, plan and manage small and large events, including in-person and remote events at company locations and non-company facilities. Position: Event Planner and Communication Coordinator • Work with team members to define event details, and schedules. • Manage and maintain a working relationship with vendors. • Support the Director of Marketing and other executives to ensure timely delivery of all corporate communication, including newsletters.
