This position is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales objectives by promoting and selling all event services at Café and Bar Lurcat. The sale includes coordinating, planning and executing details of an event with the highest regard to guest service and profitability. The incumbent is often the first point of contact with clients and therefore represents the Company. Ensure the financial performance of the operations by following all company guidelines on sales, pricing and credit. Complete event orders, floor plans and guarantees for events in a timely and accurate manner and follow all procedures as detailed in Lurcat Event Planning Guidelines.
