We are currently seeking a highly organized and creative Event Planner to join our team. This role is essential in coordinating and executing a variety of events, handling everything from the initial concept development to the final breakdown. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. This position requires someone who is passionate about hospitality and capable of working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every aspect of an event meets or exceeds client expectations. The Event Planner will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, coordinating logistics such as catering and venue selection, and implementing marketing strategies to drive event attendance. This is a versatile role that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, engaging environment, with employment types available including full-time, part-time, and contract. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, and the job location requires in-person attendance.

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in event planning or hospitality management
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with vendor negotiation and contract management
Availability to work in person
