Immediate and continual communication with the customer is expected throughout all phases of event support. Specialists are equipped with contract and pricing knowledge to provide the customer with timely estimates for services requests. For the close out of completed events Logistics Specialists pay the vendors and provide accounting with a detailed trip summary report ready for customer billing. Specialists will learn the necessary contract pricing and terms, as well as government and country-specific travel, safety, and related logistics rules and regulations. Experience with travel arrangements Excellent organization skills, ability to work independently, and backup team members.
