Location: Remote with 25% Domestic Travel Required This role will serve as a trusted partner to our internal teams and ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality, compliant events that enhance customer experience and support strategic objectives. • Conduct site visits, lead pre-event meetings, and manage post-event reporting and reconciliation. Requirements: • 2–4 years of experience in event or meeting planning, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry. • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
