As our Catering Lead & Event Planner, you will be the driving force behind the on-site execution of catered events and the seamless planning of client occasions. What You’ll Do: • Develop detailed event timelines, checklists, and setup plans based on client needs • Oversee event setup including tables, decor, serving stations, and displays such as wedding cakes and carving stations • Collaborate with kitchen, bakery, and venue teams to ensure timely delivery of food, baked goods, and event materials • Manage on-site execution, ensuring decor, food presentation, and overall aesthetics meet high standards • Deliver, arrange, and set up catering items while ensuring presentation aligns with client expectations • Work directly with clients on-site to provide a polished, memorable experience and address last-minute adjustments proactively • Handle troubleshooting, last-minute adjustments, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and food safety standards • Track costs, ensure proper payments, and manage billing in accordance with contracts • Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the planning and event process • Maintain inventory and ensure catering supplies are in stock through ordering and working with event rental companies
