Core Requirements: • Career-focused individual prepared to dedicate the time, energy, and focus required to grow with Athena VII • In a life stage and financial position that supports performance-based, commission-driven income growth • Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute events or related initiatives • Strong marketing instincts, including social media engagement and content development • Leadership mindset with excellent customer service and a willingness to take on multiple roles as needed • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; design tools such as Canva, Illustrator, or Photoshop are a plus Candidates should be in a position to fully invest themselves in the growth of the role and the success of Athena VII’s community initiatives.
