Responsibilities Assist with project management and logistics for our client's global hybrid marquee client event, including session and speaker coordination, internal attendee management, housing arrangements, internal communications, food & beverage planning, staff training, and delivering unique client experiences. Partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, external interested parties, and on-site staff to ensure seamless event execution while gathering updates, maintaining aligned planning documents, and effectively communicating with leadership. Adjustable to ambiguity, new tools, processes, and a fast-changing matrixed business environment. All employees are directed to familiarize themselves with this policy and to act in accordance with it.
