Position: Event Planner / Executive Assistant Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To) • Provide Event Planning (6-8 months) support for both virtual and in-person up to 400 attendees to include: coordinating venues, producing market research analysis, drafting event documents required for approval, drafting correspondence for attendees’ registration, coordinate internal IT support, coordinate with Benevolent organizations, set-up Audio/Visual, assist in the execution of the annual Warrior Care Program (WCP) Conference utilizing project management concepts. • Produce all required materials for the Benevolent Section, Fill in for the Benevolent Support Coordinator during times of manning shortfalls. • Track and maintain current data in internal databases to include entry of all data and current reports related to benevolent support. • Possess a current SECRET clearance • 4 years of direct experience in non-federal entity interaction related specifically to wounded, ill, or injured Service Members • Effective written and oral communications skills
