This position will supervise and implement social events, outings, programs, and activities designed to meet the interests and needs of a diverse resident population. POSITION SUMMARY : Creates, markets, and leads a broad range of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional events, outings and programs to foster a Weller Life® tailored to the needs and interests of a diverse resident population. Creates and publishes a variety of professional written communications to promote programs, educate residents and families, and share examples of Weller Life in the community. Stays abreast of active aging and generational trends in order to continuously enhance Weller Life initiatives; shares relevant information with peers and community staff to increase awareness and support professional development. Wants to achieve for the good of the Company and her team.
