The Lake Berryessa Electric Boat Festival is being positioned as the world’s largest electric boat demo event, bringing together electric boat manufacturers, propulsion companies, charging providers, marinas, policymakers, and consumers for a unique on-water and shore-side experience. Position Overview Event Planning & Coordination • Develop and manage the overall event timeline and production schedule • Coordinate with the marina, local agencies, and event partners • Manage event layout including exhibitor areas, demo docks, and attendee flow • Coordinate permits, insurance requirements, and safety planning Event Execution • Manage event day operations • Troubleshoot logistics issues in real time • Coordinate with media, sponsors, and VIP guests • Ensure smooth setup and teardown Preferred candidates will have: • 3–5+ years event planning or festival production experience • Experience with large outdoor events or trade shows • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to manage vendors, partners, and volunteers • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Experience coordinating with marinas, waterfront venues, or boating events is a plus • Familiarity with clean tech, marine, or electric mobility industries is a bonus
