Reporting to the Head of Analytics, the temporary Event Planner will play a key role in organizing and executing the inaugural AI Summit, bringing together staff, stakeholders, funders, and members of the public. Description • Collaborating with the Technology team to develop and manage a strategic plan for the event, including critical deliverables, timelines, VIP invitations, and task assignments. • Undergraduate or advanced degree in event management, public relations, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces and meet critical deadlines. • Familiarity with science or technology-focused events and event planning, or a strong interest in quickly learning about them.
