As a physician-led and physician-owned practice, our mission is to transform radiology by innovating across clinical value, technology, service, and economics, while elevating the role of radiology and radiologists in healthcare. • Establishes and maintains files, reports, databases, and other documents, and manages the procurement of supplies and services within assigned parameters. • Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a national or international corporate setting; healthcare industry experience is highly preferred • 5+ years of recent experience with event technology (Cvent) • Thorough understanding of corporate event planning at hotels, including site visits, room block management, banquet event orders, audiovisual needs, food & beverage selection and on-site execution • Experience managing virtual events or webinars is preferred • Familiarity with hotel event operations and key personnel to ensure seamless event execution • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with leaders, physicians, support teammates and external partners • Proven ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions to ensure event success • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines and adjust to business needs • Ability to act with a sense of urgency and manage multiple tasks and stringent deadlines • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal direction/supervision • Travel up to 25% We hold that diversity is a key source of strength from which we will build a practice culture that is inclusive for all.
